Lisa O’Quinn of Greenville,NC has been charged with 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill by the use of a motor vehicle, 1 count of careless and recklessness, and 1 count of unsafe movement when she hit 42 year old Michelle Morris, and 42 year old Valerie Lindsey with her car on Monday evening around 6:45pm. The 2 ladies were out peacefully protesting the shooting death of Anthony Brown Jr in Elizabeth City,NC.

Police are possibility looking in to charging Lisa O’Quinn with a hate crime!
