During a daily White House’s coronavirus task force briefing, President Trump went OFF on a NBC reporter Peter Alexander who asked what the President’s message is to the millions of worried Americans out there as the coronavirus continues to spread.
Trump had just spoke on therapeutic drugs that would be available to patients, being very optimist. Alexander simply spoke on the current stats of the coronavirus, “nearly 200 dead, 14,000 sick and millions who are scared,” asking Trump whether he was giving Americans “false hope” by touting unproven coronavirus drugs. Trump called the man “a terrible reporter,” calling his question “nasty” and “sending a bad signal.” Continuing to compare the reporter to NBC and “Concast,” as he re-named Comcast.
Trump has an epic meltdown and goes on a screed about the media when he is asked what he would tell people who are scared. Trump called NBC's Peter Alexander a terrible reporter and started yelling and ranting. pic.twitter.com/dko6pIHrUt
