The 2 men who were at the center of the HBO “Leaving Neverland” Micheal Jackson documentary, who ultimately accused Michael of child sexual abuse, will finally get their day in court. Back in 2017, their lawsuit against the MJ Estate was dismissed mostly due to the statue of limitations being up. But now, the state of California has a new law that extended the statue of limitations for child sexual abuse cases
The ruling is tentative, meaning at any time, the law could change their minds, but as of now, their arguments will be heard this week.
We’ll keep you posted!
