Damon Dash has had a warrant out for his arrest for the past 3 years in New York and he is finally turning himself in.

The warrant comes from unpaid child support. According to the courts, he owes about $400,000 to the mother of his son, Cindy Morales, and to Rachel Roy, his ex-wife and mother of his two daughters. Damon says over the years he’s missed too many important events trying duck and dodge the law in NY so he’ll finally face the issue.

He says he has given both women more than enough money, including $150,000 for a house to Cindy. Rachel and Dame own a clothing line together, where he says she gets payments from his share as he child support money.

Dame said he has proof that the women have been paid. So as an innocent man, he’ll do whats right.
