R. Kelly has spend the past 2 days in jail after being charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse and his bail being set at $1 million. Kelly was unable to come up with the $100,000, 10% of the total, he would need to leave police custody. Kelly’s attorney says he was unable to come up with the money due to “mismanagement”, “bad deals”, unpaid rent and unpaid child support, of which he owes $169,000.

The 4 victims make up the 10 counts against Kelly. Three of them were between the ages of 13-16 years old at the time of the occurrence. Kelly is facing 3-7 years per count, if convicted, or he could get probation. One of the victims gave authorities a shirt she wore during the alleged encounter with Kelly, which came back positive as Kelly’s DNA. Kelly allegedly spit on two of his victims.

Under the terms of his bond, Kelly must surrender his passport and is forbidden from having contact with anyone under the age of 18.

This all started with the rise of a new sex tape featuring Kelly and a 14-year-old girl, that was uncovered by Michael Avenatti. There is now a second tape Avenatti will be turning over, a 55-minute VHS.

According to TMZ, there are multiple references to the girl being 14 years old. R. Kelly is repeatedly “coaching” the girl through various sexual situations.
