After filing for divorce a little while ago, Tisha Campbell and Duane Martin have been in a ugly custody battle over kids.
A restraining order was filed but then dropped by Tisha, who also claimed Duane doesn’t deserve custody because he never spent time with the kids when they were married. She handled all their activities. She claims that even now, when he gets the kids, his mother or other family is takin the kids to school and the arrangements.
Duane fired back saying Tisha wasn’t fit to be primary caregiver due to her late of college education and not giving more attention to the boy’s school work. He also wanted a new pick up/drop off location, instead of the local police station.
As of now, a temporary agreement has been made. They will share joint custody and when it comes to drop off, the meeting place will now be a specific Starbucks. Instead of the two having to see each other during that time, they will communicate through a third-party app to assure a safe transfer of the children. The agreement also states each must respond to text messages within 24 hours, and if one parent is going to be absent during their time with the kids, to give the other a heads up.
Thats settled, lets see how the divorce goes.
