A judge has thrown out Teairra Mari’s revenge porn case against her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad. The whole case was thrown out due to Teairra failing to appear in court for scheduled hearings earlier in the month, leading them to determine she has “failed to prosecute her case.”

Teairra first filed the accusations against Akbar when her Instagram account was hacked and sexual images and videos were uploaded to her page. 50 cent reposted the images to his page, which opened her against him, but that case too was dismissed by a judge earlier this month. Teairra was even ordered to pay 50 Cent $30K for his legal fees.
