A man has been accused of kidnapping and killing 13-year-old Hania Aguilar of Lumberton. Michael Ray McLuland, 34, has been charged with first-degree murder and 9 other felonies in the death of Aguilar.

He was given no bond and appointed a public defender.

The kidnapping occurred on Nov 5th; her body was found on Nov. 27th.
