Tyler Perry is in the giving spirit! The actor and filmmaker went to 2 Atlanta Walmarts on Thursday and paid the cost of outstanding layaway items that we registered at the stores.
Perry wrote a check for $178,000 at one store and $256,000 at the other. All the customers have to do is pay a penny to pick up their items. Perry took to social media to explain it was supposed to be an anonymous gesture but… new spread!
If you ask me, this was one of the best things someone could do! Layaway during the holidays is something serious.
