Former model and actress Kim Porter has passed away at the age of 47. Sources say Kim has been suffering from flu-like symptoms and possibly pneumonia for several weeks now. Her exact cause of death is still unknown.

She was found in her L.A. home around 12noon. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ a call came into emergency dispatchers for a patient in cardiac arrest.

Kim dated Diddy for 13 years and the two share 3 children together, Christian Combs, and twin girls, Jessie James and D’Lila. Diddy is also very close to Kim’s son with Al B. Sure, Quincy. The whole family was seen together just last month at the premiere of Quincy’s new Netflix movie, The Holiday Calendar.

Diddy’s rep Cindi Berger tells us, “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.”
