Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino will not be going to jail until next year in 2019. Documents were filed on Monday Mike must surrender to the Bureau of Prisons by January 15, 2019. Mike was sentenced to 8 months for tax evasion. Mike surrendering gives him a break because he will be able to spend the holidays with his family.

Next month Mike will also be tieing the knot with his fiancé Lauren Pesce, so most likely he will be able to squeeze in a honeymoon before he heads to jail.

Mike knew this was coming but we’re sure it’ll be all over before he knows it.
