East Carolina University has decided to cancel classes starting Today (Thursday) at 3:00 p.m. due to the effects expected from Hurrican Michael coming to the area. The cancelation will begin today at 3 p.m. for staff until Friday at 5 a.m.
The university wants their employees to check with their managers regarding scheduled and alternate work locations. Via WNCT, “University officials recognize that other areas may experience more adverse weather than campus, and condition experienced by individuals will vary.”
