Damien L. Brown, 36, of New Bern NC was found guilty of possessing, and distributing one hundred plus grams of heroin from North Carolina to New York. Brown was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

Eight hundred grams of heroin from one house was discovered as well as six thousand dollars in cash. Brown’s sentencing is a minimum of at least ten years, and a fine of eight million dollars; followed by supervised probation upon his release.

The New Bern Police Department investigated this case.
