The Martin County Sheriff’s Office and the Williamston Police Department have arrested 16 people, while looking for 4 more as a part of an investigation that led to 26 ounces of cocaine being seized, along with heroin, illegal prescription pills and 6 firearms. The cocoaine found has a street value of about $34,000, with 3 of the 6 firearms allegedly stolen.
The following suspects were arrested on the following charges:
- Willie A. Goddard, 35, of Greenville
- Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine
- $25,000 bond
- John H. Faison, 26, of Robersonville
- Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substances within 1000 feet of a school
- $5,000 bond
- Fernando T. Smith, 43, of Williamston
- Two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, maintaining a dwelling to keep or store controlled substances
- Conspire to sell or deliver cocaine
- $10,000 bond
- Kemadrick D. Brown, 24, of Williamston
- Four counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine and maintaining a dwelling to keep or store controlled substances
- $25,300 bond
