Demi Lovato has been rushed to an L.A. hospital after suffering from what appears to be a heroin overdose. She was transpired from her home to the hospital. Her condition is currently unknown.

Demi has a history of drug-use. Last year she did a documentary speaking on her life and drug use over the years, dating back to even her Disney Channel days. She was sober for 6 years from alcohol, cocaine, and oxycontin.

Last month, she released a song called “Sober,” apologizing to fan for relapsing.
