Jacquees has been arrested once again! For the second time in a month.

Around 3 a.m. Thursday morning, Jacquees was caught hitting 116 mph on I-85. As he came to a traffic stop, a passenger threw out the window, what Jacquees says was weed. Reportedly more than 3 grams of weed was found in the car while searched.

Jacquees was charged with speeding, littering, reckless driving, and possession of a controlled substance. The passenger was charged with possession of a controlled substance. The two were taken to the Atlanta City Detention Center.
