Galvin Faulkner of Kinston was arrested after selling alcohol without
having a permit to do so from the ALE. He was charged with possessing
and selling alcohol without a permit by NC ALE.  The Kinston Police
found two gallons of liquor, four cases of beer, and a gallon of an
unknown alcohol.
