The woman accusing Trey Songz of striking her while partying together during All Star weekend has decided to speak publicly in a press conference. She was joined by her attorney Lisa Bloom, the same lawyer who represented Blac Chyna and Usher’s herpes accusers.

The accuser, Andrea, spoke on the night Trey allegedly hit her in the club after he became jealous of her speaking to another man. Andrea says the two were at an after party when Trey allegedly began yelling at her, choking and punching her. She claims people stood and watched as security had to pull Trey off her as he continuously hit her. When she tried to call an Uber, she claims Trey grabbed her cell phone and threw it. The accuser shames all witnesses who were at the scene, who have not come forward to speak in her favor. Andrea explain how she had to go to the hospital due to a concussion and she was throwing up due to migraines.

Lisa Bloom says Trey’s attorney’s have been recently calling Andrea’s family repeatedly.

No civil lawsuit has been filed. Lisa is hoping the police handle the situation, since Trey was on probation when the alleged crime happened. A temporary retraining order has been issued to Andrea, but she will seek a permeant one.

Lisa runs down Trey’s former issues with the law, reminding us of the woman who recently sued Trey for smacking her phone out of her hands as she attempted to take a picture of him. The phone hit the woman in the face, breaking her glasses. The next incident being Trey’s recent anger outburst in Detroit when he starting breaking stage equipment and punched an officer in the face, to switch Trey plead guilty and was given 18 months of probation.
