More information has come up in the case of Trey Songz and the woman he allegedly hit in a club during NBA All Star Weekend.

The woman sent her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, to court on Tuesday morning to ask the judge for a restraining order towards Songz. The accuser says the two were partying during All Star Weekend, when Trey hit her for speaking to another man.

According to TMZ, in the legal papers, Bloom says “Songz choked her client, then began punching her in the face several times until she fell to the ground and he continued striking her until security pulled him off her. The woman says Songz was hitting with such force it was as if 2 men were fighting. She says she suffered bruises to her face and hand.”

“The woman also says she was trying to get away and called an Uber, but Songz grabbed her cell phone and threw it down a hill. She says she had a second cell phone and he also took that and threw it down a hill.”

The accuser allegedly works at a few nightclub Songz frequently goes to, and she is scared. Leading her to want a restraining order. Bloom is still asking for any witnesses to step forward.

Trey’s lawyer says, “Trey has not spoken with Ms. Buera nor has he attempted to speak with her since the night of the gathering.” Adding that there were witnesses at the club who claim the accusations are false.

Cops are still investigating the situation. Songz is currently on probation for throwing equipment off the stage during a performance in Detroit in 2016.
