The Migos are in some legal trouble after a fan was stabbed during one of their shows.

The rap group is being sued by a New York venue where a riot took place during their performance in 2015. The lawsuit says the Migos arrived an hour late the venue, which did not sit well with concertgoers. Once the Migos arrived, the allegedly refused to do a meet-and-greet even though fans had already paid. Things got worse as the group startedĀ “encouraging, cheering and inciting the patrons to fight.”

According to TMZ, the lawsuit states that theĀ Migos “caused patrons to be stabbed, robbed, beaten, severely harmed, and injured …” and during the chaos they were “laughing and egging the crowd on as metal gates were ripped from the ground and thrown into the crowd.”

The amount the venue is suing for is unknown.
