Instead of having practice one day this week. The team loaded the buses and headed up highway 43 to New Bern to help with the cleaning of a park in New Bern.
The big game this week was the battle of Pitt County’s two largest schools. JH Rose 3-1 traveled up the road to take on the undefeated
4-0 South Central Falcons. This was a great game.

It was a defensive battle. South Central scored a late touchdown in the 4th quarter to win the 20-18. For the first time in South Central 15-year history, the football team is 5-0.
