Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 1½- to 2-quart baking dish.
2. Make the Creamy Base
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the Cheese
Fold in the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese until evenly combined.
4. Fold in the Crab
Gently fold the lump crab meat, green onions, and parsley into the mixture, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
5. Bake the Dip
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top and dust lightly with paprika, if desired. Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling around the edges.
6. Broil for a Golden Finish
For a beautifully browned top, broil for 1–2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
7. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a pinch of Old Bay seasoning. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, buttery crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, celery sticks, cucumber slices, or bell pepper strips.
