To participate in the KISS FM Birthday Game, listen to the Station each weekday, Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm, for the Birthday Contest cue to call and a randomly pre-selected birthday month to be announced on-air. Upon hearing the cue to call, listeners who have birthdays during the randomly pre-selected birthday month may call the Station and the 10th caller to get through to the Station contest line at 1 (800) 633-6102 or 252-633-6102 will, upon confirmation of eligibility they will get the opportunity to play the KISS FM Birthday Game (“Game”). At the time of their call, callers will have their phone call conversations audio recorded. Callers will be required to provide all information requested including their full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller that successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes their call will be given an opportunity to play the Game. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to win, but a listener may be a Prize winner only once during this Promotion. The contest will start on September 28th, 2017 and end on or before October 13th, 2017, at the station’s discretion. There will be at least two $500 cash prizes given away during the contest dates.
Step 1: The Station will randomly pre-select one (1) of the twelve (12) months in a year and will announce that month on the air along with the cue to call. Upon announcement of the month and cue to call, the Station will take the 10th caller (who must be born in the announced month) (the “Caller”) and if the Caller is otherwise eligible to participate in the Contest, the Station will award the Caller NC Lottery Scratch-Off Tickets or give them a chance to win $500 by spinning the Kiss Number Wheel. If the 10th caller was not born in the announced month, the Station will take the next caller who has a birthday during the announced month.
Step 2: The Station will then ask the Caller to announce on air the day (or date) they were born.
Step 3: The Station will then spin the KISS FM prize wheel to randomly pick a day of the month. (If the wheel lands on a day that doesn’t exist in that month (ie 29,30,31) the station will spin it a 2nd time or 3rd time etc. until it lands on a day that exists in that month. If the day matches the caller’s birthday the caller will win $500 in cash, subject to compliance with and confirmation of all pertinent details as required by the Contest rules.
Due to delays in the online streaming of the Station’s broadcast signal, listeners to the online stream may not be able to participate in or may be disadvantaged in participating in on-air contests. Entrants are encouraged to listen to the Station on-air. The Station is not responsible for online streaming delays.
Winners must produce proof of birthdate with a government issued ID. Must be 18 years old or older to participate. Prizes are not transferable. If the prize is mailed, delivery may take up to six weeks, and 101.9 Kiss FM assumes no responsibility if the prize is lost in the mail.
