Speaking at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, the British singer explained that she and Jordan are friends and share an enthusiasm for roller coasters. Their amusement park outing had sparked online speculation about whether the pair might be dating, but RAYE’s comments put their relationship in a different context.
There is also a professional connection between them. During the conversation, RAYE confirmed that she and Jordan have been working together on a project. She did not reveal what the collaboration involves, leaving details under wraps for now.
The attention arrives during another busy period for RAYE, whose music has continued to explore love and relationships. Her song Where Is My Husband! has also kept the subject of romance close to her public image.
For now, RAYE’s explanation is straightforward: the Six Flags trip was a day out between friends, while their upcoming project remains a mystery.
