The Biden administration is gearing up for a fight.

The rule, which took effect Friday, November 6, before it was temporarily blocked the next day, requires companies with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing starting January 4. The White House declined to comment on the ruling, and referred questions to the Labor Department.
