The same Minneapolis judge who dismissed charging former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin with 3rd degree murder in the death of George Floyd…Minneapolis court judge, Judge Peter Cahill has reinstated a 3rd degree murder after the Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled on March 5th that a lower court should in fact considered the intent in the crime that took George Floyd’s life.

The city of Minneapolis originally had the audacity to charge Derek Chauvin with 2nd degree unintentional murder and 2nd degree manslaughter to which he continues to plead not guilty. What are your thoughts on this ENC?
