Rapper Freeway announced Thursday on Instagram that his son, Jihad, has died in Philadelphia. Though his real name is Jihad Pridgen, fans knew him as SnowHadd. Like his father, Jihad was also an aspiring rapper and had been to many freestyle competitions. Officially, there has been no news or statement confirming why or how Freeway Philly’s eldest son passed away however, fans couldn’t help but bring up the passing of the child of another Philly rapper and Roc-A-Fella alumnus, Oschino, who lost his son and his son’s pregnant girlfriend in a tragic car accident just last week. Freeway writes on Instagram, “God knows I try my best to be strong, but this right here is a pain like I never felt. Please cherish your time and your love ones because we’re not promise the next breath. I Pray Allah forgives my son for all Of his sins and I pray that Allah grants him the highest level of paradise. Ameen Please make dua for him & my family.”
