Surprisingly, people are still supporting Tekashi69 since he’s been out of prison. The New York rapper is now home from prison due to being in the high-risk category for COVID-19.

Since being home, Tekashi has release a new song, “GOOBA” and music video to go with it that broke Youtube history for biggest 24 hour debut for a Hip Hop video, getting 4.2 million views in the first 30 minutes. Within 24 hours, he has 43 million views, breaking Eminem’s Machine Gun Kelly diss track “Killshot,” which has 38.1 million views in 24 hours.

Takashi even broke Instagram history with 1.9 million people tuning into his first public appearance since being released. Shattering the recently record set by Babyface and Teddy Riley’s Verzus Battle.

He also released new merch that made $2 million in less than a week. Tekashi planned to donate 10 percent of the proceeds to hungry families struggling in this current pandemic. 6ix9ine chose No Kid Hungry, a non-profit organization that provides finances to families that can’t afford to feed themselves or their little ones, to give $200,000 but the organization denied his donation.

After learning his money was no good with the org, he wrote, “@nokidhungry rather take food out the mouth of these innocent children I never seen something so cruel.”

The org says, “We are grateful for Mr. Hernandez’s generous offer to donate to No Kid Hungry but we have informed his representatives that we have declined this donation. As a child-focused campaign, it is our policy to decline funding from donors whose activities do not align with our mission and values.”

Its safe to say that to No Kids Hungry, all money is not good money.
