Kenneth Carey, the man who was allegedly beaten up by DaBaby’s crew, is giving the rapper until the of next week to either pay up or lawyer up.
The two met up on January 2nd for Carey to pay money for DaBaby to host a party later that evening. During the exchange, only $20K of a $30K upfront payment was given, this is when things allegedly went south. According to the police report, Kenneth was robbed of $80, a credit card, an iPhone 7 and then doused with apple juice. DaBaby was arrested for battery.
DaBaby later addressed the issue on Instagram rather unbothered.
