CONTEST RULES TEMPLATE
These rules apply to The Bonfyre Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Curtis Media Group. d/b/a WIKS (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules attached hereto and posted at 1019online.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.
1. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY
a. The Bonfyre Contest will begin on or about 11/4/19 and end 11/8/19 at approximately 3pm.
b. To participate in the Contest, listen to Clarke Jones from Monday, November 4th to Friday, November 8th from 10 AM to 4 PM for your chance to win! Just listen for the cue to call 252-633-6102 and be the correct caller to qualify.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Eastern North Carolina, except void where prohibited by law. Contestants must possess a valid, government-issued ID. Winner must show proof of NC residency to verify eligibility.
3. PRIZES
a. Concert tickets, hotel, and $50 gas card – total approximate value $350.
b. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 207 Glenburnie Ave, New Bern NC 28560 – Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
a. One grand prize winner will be drawn at random from all on-air qualifiers on Friday, 11/8/19 at approximately 3pm.
b. Winner must listen to win. Winner will be notified by phone If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 3 business days after the prize is awarded, an alternate winner will be selected.
c. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Identify any Contest Specific Conditions
b. See Attachment A “General Contest Rules” for additional conditions.
c. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at 1019online.com.
d. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, contestants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at station website.
e. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 207 Glenburnie Ave, New Bern NC or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
