Da Baby has had a pretty good year so far! A lot of success, but a lot of trouble to match.

The Charlotte rapper is now being sued over an alleged assault of Massachusetts rapper, Don Trag.

Don Trag was the opening artist for Da Baby’s performance at a night club in Massachusetts last month. Baby’s security team beat up Don after the rapper allegedly asked to take a picture with Da Baby, leaving him hospitalized.

Don Trag claims that “DaBaby failed to adequately train his team of bodyguards and set them loose knowing they had violent tendencies.” He is reportedly seeking damages for serious injuries to his head, eye, neck, and spine.
