Nipsey Hussle’s 11-year-old daughter Emani will be staying with Nipsey’s sister Samantha, who she has been living with since Nipsey’s death.

Samantha filed for custody of Emani and in court on Monday, Emani’s mother Tanisha Foster faced Nipsey’s family who claim she is not fit enough to take care of Emani.

The court documents are sealed but the next hearing will be in July.
