Eric Holder, Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer, has been charged with 1 count of murder, 2 counts of attempted murder, and 1 count of possession with a firearm by a felon. He faces life in prison.

Holder’s bond is set at $5 million and will be back on court on May 10th. His attorney is Chris Darden, the man who prosecuted O.J. Simpson. It seems that Darden was privately retained for Holder.

Family members are currently planning Nipsey Hussle’s memorial service. They are searching for a venue that can accommodate the enormous crowd that is expected to come out that day. Most of whats available are too small, small being described as 2,000 seats. Ideally, they want something that can accommodate 15,000 people. In LA that would most likely be The Forum, the Staples Center or the Hollywood Bowl. His family wants to be sure that everyone who wants to come, will be able to.

Michael Jackson’s memorial was held at the Staples Center.
