Drugstore chain Walgreens will soon be selling “CBD creams, patches and sprays” in 1,500 stores across certain states, including Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee, Vermont, South Carolina, Illinois and Indiana.

Their competitor CVS introduced CBD-infused products like topical, creams and salves, earlier this month across 8 states. CBD is legal in most states, thanks to a bill Congress passes last year. Cannabinoid (CBD) is the other side of cannabis that gives more of a medial relief rather than the euphoric high that comes with THC, which can also cause anxiety, paranoia or dizziness is some users. A high-CBD strain would be a great choice for someone needing medication through the day to control pain, inflammation, anxiety, and other chronic conditions like epilepsy/seizure disorders, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and opioid withdrawals.

CBD can be consumed the same ways as THC, smoke, vapor, eating, capsules or lotion.
