Panthes quarterback Cam Newton decided to take a break from sex during the month of March.

Coming off of a right shoulder surgery that hindered him in the two final games of 2018, Cam wants to come back stronger.

“Every month in this offseason I’ve tried to challenge myself in a different way,” Newton said. “When the season comes around, it makes my mind stronger. I feel like if I look up and said I did those things, it makes me mentally stronger.”

“It’s hard,” Newton said, before realizing what he said.
