Another food product has been recalled. The United States Department of Agriculture has just recalled nearly 3,000 pounds Chef Boyardee due to the products being mislabeled. The products labeled as chicken and rice products actually contain beef ravioli products.

These are the 7.5 oz canned microwavable bowls that read, “Chef BOYARDEE rice with chicken & vegetables”. The page code of 210090151050045L. The products has a “best by” date of July 8th, 2020.

Food allegories are the main concern. This ravioli product contains milk and wheat allergens, which are not declared on the chicken and rice product label.

If you have purchased these products, you can return them for a refund.
