It seems that the “Empire” staff wants Jussie gone from the show, they feel he’s damaged the show’s image. FOX has announced they’re scratching Jussie from the end of the current season.

The statement says, “The events of the past few weeks have been incredibly emotional for all of us. Jussie has been an important member of our EMPIRE family for the past five years and we care about him deeply. While these allegations are very disturbing, we are placing our trust in the legal system as the process plays out. We are also aware of the effects of this process on the cast and crew members who work on our show and to avoid further disruption on set, we have decided to remove the role of ‘Jamal’ from the final two episodes of the season.”

According to sources, many of the cast are “f**king furious” and feel if Jussie isn’t fired, she should quit, simply because he doesn’t deserve a spot. Others on staff believe Jussie is innocent, they can’t fathom him pulling off a hoax like this. Argument have allegedly erupted over how to handle the situation.

On Thursday, Jussie held a meeting with everyone to apologize and still claim his innocence.

FOX says Lee Daniels has signed off on all decisions being made.
