R. Kelly has been charged once again with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse by Cook County State’s attorney.

The arrest stems from the new sex tape involving Kelly engaging in sexual acts with a 14-year-old girl. They make it clear that this is NOT the same tape presented in 2008. TMZ has learned 9 of the 10 counts involve alleged victims ranging in age from 13 to 16 years old. One of them is the subject of 4 different counts. There are a total of 4 alleged victims.

Sources connected to Kelly tell TMZ the singer plans to voluntarily turn himself into authorities tonight. Still, prosecutors will reportedly appear before a judge today seeking an arrest warrant for him.

According to TMZ, Avenatti says the 45-minute long VHS was uncovered after multiple clients came to him alleging Kelly had sexually assaulted minors. In the video, the girl calls the man “daddy” and show her urinating at his request. Then he urinates on her. CNN says the girl is seen on tape referring to her body parts as “14 years old.”

A grand jury was put together this week, with 2 women testifying. One provided physical evidence. Allegedly as many as a dozen women came forward to testify.

R. Kelly’s attorney, Steven Greenberg told TMZ … “I am unaware of any ‘special’ grand jury being convened to look into R. Kelly. There is no record of any such proceedings, and no need for them. The report is false.”

Seems like it was true after all.
