Its been about 2 weeks since the alleged attack on Empire star, Jussie Smollett. During the attack, Jussie claimed to be on the phone with his manger, who is claiming to have herd the racial and homophobic slurs that were said to Jussie. To confirm the phone call or the attack actually happened, Chicago police asked him to submit phone records from that night, which he did, but they were a PDF file of his phone records. Something that can easily be manipulated with added or deleted numbers.

Cops are asking that he resubmit his actual phone bill or a download of Jussie’s phone.

Police say there are cameras everywhere in the area of Jussie’s building, but there is still a 60-second gap in the video where you don’t see Jussie. So far there’s no video of the attack.

The case is still under investigation.
