Greenville Police are investigating a shooting that took place on Tyson Street and Colonial Avenue around 9 PM. When the police arrived,
they found Shantelle Pope 27 had been shot. She was taken to Vidant Medical Center and listed in serious condition.

The police say that she was standing on the road when she was hit. They believe that she was not the intended target. A suspect is not in
custody at this time.
