Cardi B’s team is split on whether to keep Nicki Minaj diss lyrics in Cardi’s new single. According to TMZ, “Sources close to Cardi tell us the rapper has already recorded some new stuff, and the lyrics take some serious jabs at Nicki. We’re told her team is divided… some think the Nicki disses should be 86’d. Those people in Cardi’s camp feel the lyrics would actually benefit Nicki by putting the spotlight on her.”

Cardi’s team believe the best energy Cardi can give Nicki is to continue to ignore her. As for Cardi’s feeling, she always told her story through her lyrics. About a month ago TMZ broke the story how Cardi attacked Nicki at NYFW party. Cardi or Nicki hasn’t come face-to-face since the incident.

Should Cardi keep her diss lyrics and take those shots at Nicki?
