There is no need for 50 to get the strap because the media outlet who planned to sue him has officially called off the lawsuit. Via The Blast. they obtained documents that show Cheri Media, which is the parent company of Hip-Hop DX, had dropped the lawsuit against the New York media mogul.

50 called Hip-Hop DX “a bogus news outlet that doe snot check its facts” and that is the reason why the media outlet decided to sue 50. The outlet decided to release a story on the legitimacy of 50’s deal with Bellator MMA. After the story hit social media, 50 called them “fake news.” The outlet was claiming 50 tarnished their reputation.

50 also said the website was threatening is freedom of speech called the lawsuit, “an affront to the fundamental protections of free speech by the First Amenddem of the U.S. Constitution.”
