Sources who are close to Birdman says the phone call he made was in no way referring to the bus shooting. Also, Birdman doesn’t believe Winfrey was the shooter and he would never associate himself with someone who tried to harm Wayne.

According to TMZ, “It’s worth nothing… Winfrey’s conviction was overturned n July de to biased conduct by the judge in his case. He’s still in custody awaiting a new trial, or possibly a new plea deal.”

the alleged man who was convicted of shooting up Lil Wayne’s tour bus took a call from Birdman while in jail. The call sounded like Birdman was congratulating him on a job well done.

The call was made to Jimmy Winfrey while incarcerated in Cobb County, GA. During the call, Birdman says, “time for you to come out here and get your money. You did everything you could do, Boss.” The phone conversation was uncovered as part of a sperate civil lawsuit, filed by the tour bus driver, Alvin Lewis.

Documents that were obtained by TMZ, the bus driver says Birdman promised Winfrey $250k and a Porsche. Birdman just don’t stop!
