Bill Cosby is set to be sentenced on Monday September 24th, and the prosecutors want him to go straight to jail after his time is given.
Bill’s team plans to ask the judge if he can remain on bail while his legal team appeals the guilty verdict, which could take some years to do. Back in April, Bill was found guilty on 3 counts of sexual assault. Each count with a maximum on 10 years in prison. Bill could be looking at 30 years in prison on Monday.
We’ll see what he gets.
