Disney star, Orlando Brown has been arrested in Vegas after being caught on camera reportedly trying to change the locks inside of a restaurant that is allegedly owned by one of his friends. In the video, you can see Orlando walking around the restaurant before covering the camera with a rag.
Orlando triggered the alarm popping un unannounced. He claimed her was there to change the locks but his friend denied the claims and is now pressing charges. Orlando accused his friend of stealing money from him and could be a reason as to why he showed up at the restaurant. Orlando is currently behind bars and has his bail set at $13K.
