Today would’ve been the late ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson’s 60th birthday. In honor of Michael, his sister Janet Jackson premiered a little remake of his iconic “Remember the Time” video featuring her new song “Made for Now.”
Janet joined forces with social media stars Kwaylon “BlameItOnKway” Rogers and Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor to shoot the short clips feature Janet playing a queen who [asses judgement on her prisoner dances, just like supermodel Iman did in Mj’s “Remember The Time” video.
According to TMZ, the project came about after Janet and Kway met at the Billboard Awards nearlier this year. Kway pitched the idea of reimagine of the 1992 hit to the “Rythym Nation” singer and suggested releasing it on Michael’s birthday.
