One of the four suspects in rapper XXXTentacion’s murder case is asking the judge to let him out of jail. Robert Allen wants the judge to allow him to post bail because he says there is no proof that he committed a crime. Being that his fiancé is pregnant, Allen is asking to be released from jail until the trial.

Allen was caught on the surveillance camera of the motorcycle dealership moments before X was murdered. He and the other suspects remain in jail.
