After such horrible ratings and reviews for season 8 of Love & Hip Hop: New York, majority of its cast has been fired.  Many were let go due to fights, not enough storyline, unnecessary fighting/lacking of dialogue, or for being boring and uninteresting. The seasons ratings for this season dipped below 2 million viewers for the first time in four years.

According to Media Take Out, Mona has so far fired Snoop, Dream Doll, Mariah Lynn, Brittaney Taylor, Bianca Bonnie, Lil Mo, Karl Dargen, Navarro Gray, DJ Self, James R, Ashley Diaz, Sophia Body, Grafh, Ayisha Diaz, and JuJu.

Remaining on for Season 9 so far are Yandy, Jonathon, Kiyanne, Jacquae, Anais, Anais’s husband Ruben, Rich Dollaz, Safari, Remy Ma & Papoose (their appearances will be scaled back).

Coming back will be Joe Budden, Cyn Santana, Kimbella. With the new addition of New York rapper Maino and his girlfriend Maggie Carrie, and New York rapper Dave East and his girlfriend Millie.

Could this be fact or fiction? I guess only time will tell! The new season of Love & Hip Hop: New York will return in December.
