Kodak Black’s lawyer have scored a nice deal in the rapper’s case. Their appeal has been approved to shorten the jail time for Kodak, allowing him to be released as early as August 18th. The judge has agreed to recognize the 30 days Kodak served in Broward County Jail as time served.

Kodak is currently serving time for two counts of probation violation. He is still awaiting trial for sexual battery charges in South Carolina.
