The #MeToo movement has another incident to add to the list of their #MuteRKelly boycott. Kelly’s ex-wife Andrea Kelly, who appeared on the VH1 show Hollywood Exes, is now speaking openly about domestic violence that she says occurred during their marriage.

Andrea and Kelly were married from 1996 to 2009, and after 10 years, she is now willing to talk saying, “you have to love somebody enough to tell them enough. And I don’t believe my ex-husband has enough people in his life to be real with him, to be honest with him, who care about his healing, who care about his family’s healing,” she says in the video below. “I feel like it’s God’s time. I was not strong enough, how can I be a voice for the voiceless when I don’t even have my own.”

Andrea continues to tell why the two were divorced, opposed to the reason Kelly gave in his 2011 autobiography “Soulacoaster: The Diary of Me.”
